Do we accept credit cards as a form of payment?

The school uses DragonPay as a payment integrator. DragonPay can actually accept all major credit cards except those that employ proprietary apps like the Citi PayAll. However, the school does not accept credit cards as payment. Credit Card Companies charge subscribing merchants 3% of the transaction amount that merchants typically would have already included in their sales price. The school opted not to increase school fees if only to cover this. School Fee increases cover only inflationary increases. In the alternative, the school's digitized system through Dragonpay charges only Php 20 per transaction to the payor's account (in this case the parent). For this year's average whole-year fees, Php 20 is merely 0.014%. Dragonpay accepts cash payments and convenient online transactions through 13 major banks.

My bank limits are only Php 50,000 per transaction. How can I avail of the discount?

We are working with DragonPay as a payment integrator which could accept payments as high as Php 1,000,000 per day. You need to adjust your limits with your respective banks. You can also opt to use Over-the-Counter which has a daily limit of Php 1,000,000 per transaction.

How do I adjust those limits?

  1. Unionbank - For amounts over ₱100,000, please choose PesoNet as your mode of payment to use your UnionBank account to process the whole transaction in one.
  2. Metrobank
  3. Security Bank
  4. Banco de Oro (BDO)
  5. Bank of the Philippine Islands (BPI)
